Can someone help me, im pretty worried about this conidtion. Im 16 in good health.

About a month ago i started to notice some mucus and or red in my bowel movements

My stools have been coming out in small clumps, and sometimes diahrea.

It has progressivley become more red and less mucus.

I am growing very worried, i have mentioned it to my mother and im scheduling an appointment soon.

A little before this condition started there was a large painful lumb on the upper part of my rear end. Does this have any significance? i think it might have been a hemorrhoid.

starless,

That bump is probably a hemorrhoid but all rectal bleeding should be checked out bt a Doctor just to be safe!!

I wish you well---Harry

If the blood is bright red (fire engine red) most likely it is caused by a problem closer to the anus or rectum. If the blood is a dark red, it is coming from further up your digestive system.

Regardless, you should get yourself to a docfor as soon as possible
