I had an mri of my lumbar about 1 yr ago and it showed facet arthropathy inl l4/ l5. my pain persists so I just had another mri done last week and it shows "straightening" of the lumbar (which shouldnt be cause my dr gave me muscle relaxers before the mri.). anyway what is facet arthropathy and does in cause discs to bulge or herniate? Im only 22. and I have three more in my neck.
