If you go down to near the bottom there is a link for a MS-diet support. I have been reading their messages for about a week and I think many people here may like it too, although this is a great board, it's just different. They talk more about diet, medication, and the link to food allergies(something I am suprised not to see here). Just thought some might find it interesting.:)
