Just had my colonoscopy on Friday and was told they couldn't see anything due to the fact there was to much stool in colon, I took the prep (Fleet Phosphate) stayed on the toilet for a few hours and repeated the prep in morning according to there instructions before appointment and then was told after test I would have to take it again because of too much stool in colon. My question is does anyone have any ideas how to get it all out, or do I have John Wayne syndrome who died with 50 or so pounds of fecal matter stuck in his colon for years ??? Jerry
Also I must add I have chronicly constipated for years so it might have some bearing on it!!

Personally, I had the golightly prep, and I found it to be relatively easy and very...how should I put it... thorough. I would suggest asking your doctor to change the prep. While the scope experience was not bad, there's no need to go through it twice.
