so after 5 weeks of autophony in my left ear I am less and less having it in my ear. for 4 days I had none. yesterday and today like clockwok i get it again from about 4-630. No triggers and nothing different. Unfortunately, in my right ear in the last 2 weeks I feel cloggy, tenseness and sometimes my eyes want to water. hard to describe the tenseness ..jaw tense to.. This is rather odd this whole thing. anyone have similar types of things with odd times of autophony for small amounts of time.?...if i don't swallow for a while the autophony seems to go away..hard to do. bridge of my nose also
twitches a bit. and I can put my head between my knees to make the autophony less for a bit...
