Although in my part of the country we are having a mild winter it seems like its a bad one for illness.Last year I had one cold in Nov. that was it.This year I am on my second cold in three months not to mention I had that stomach bug last week . Seems like no matter who you talk to has had that this year. As far as the cold goes I took my Airborne but think I took it a little to later.Yeah I know lots of rest they say, impossible when you are coughing no matter what side you lay or with the head up, not to mention the runny nose.

It just hasn't gotten cold enough to kill off all of the cold/flu germs. My entire family has had cold or flu. I've had two flu viruses (the vomiting one and the HORRIBLE fever/chills flu), a nasty sinus infection and repeated colds. I HATE IT!
