I can't believe my eyes. I took the advice of somebody on here and bought a bottle of celery seed extract and Hawthorn berries. In less than ONE WEEK
my diastolic has gone from 95-99 to 85.
Someone pinch me. I have never taken one pill of blood pressure medication and was about to make a dr's appointment! :blob_fire :blob_fire :blob_fire :D

This is great news - congrats! :jester:

Wonder if you can take bp med. while using those???

And, most importantly where did you purchase yours. Can you get them at GNC or where?

Of course you can take celery seed with medications. It would be like eating celery everyday while taking meds, I suppose.

I'm positive that most any healthfood store sells celery seed extract. The Hawthorn berries capsules MIGHT be a little more difficult to locate; not sure. Call them first.

Susan,

Excellent news, but please let me know what your systolic from/to readings were.
If the percentages are at least a 15-20% drop, then I may be interested in this approach.

I rarely ever notice my systolic but the 150's was the norm. Low to high.
Right now my b/p is 134/82 BUT yesterday when I was rushing thru the house the diastolic went up to 95. I do not know the meaning of all this. I' ve not taken the herbs yet today. Good luck with your decision!!
