My jubby has graves disease. He started having double vision and dizzy spells last week. Our doc did not even call me back when I called him so we went to the e.r. they ruled out stroke and sent him home , the next day we went to an eye doctor he thought it might be graves opthamology and sent us to another doctor. They say his optic nerve is pale which means they have had swelling and pressure on them. he also has eye lid lag which gets worse as the day goes on along with the double vision getting worse as the day goes on. the specialist is sending us to a nuero opthomologist next week. they say he probably has myasthenia gravis disease. anyone know anything about this rare and strange disease??
