My mom (age 58) has terrible pains in her feet and ankles. She can remember back to being a young and her feet hurting. Now she is unable to walk more than an hour and can not work. She was told that she has Neuropathy. No diabietes.

There are other family members who have the same foot issues. Some worse than others. All began feeling pain in late childhood or early teens.

Now my daughter constantly says that her feet hurt. Age eight.

What can I do?? What Dr. should we see? I hate to think she is headed down the same road.....

For neuropathy, you should see a neurologist. There is also a Neuropathy topic on this board that you might like to check out.
