A few months ago I started having pain in my molars when I ate something chewy and sugary. Now it just has to be sugary and I get the pain. It's EXTREMELY intense at first but it's like I get used to it as I keep chewing. Anybody have an idea of what this might be?

Either you have a cavity and I would get it filled asap, before it reaches the nerve, or if you have a filling already, your filling could have decay under it, or the filling could just be cracked or leaking. In any case I'd visit the dentist very soon.

I am paranoid about my teeth as I have had some problems in the past. The FIRST thing I would do if I were you would get myself to your dentist. Asking questions here will not solve the problem. See your dentist immediately. It may be nothing, but this way if it is anything it can be taken care of before it gets too bad.
