:dizzy: *sigh*

I have been living with herpes for 4 yrs now. and just a week ago a had a out break between my fingers :confused: I do know of course that this is herpes, but have no clue how it got there , for i havn't had a full out, outbreak for years, just wondering if anyone has had this happen, and i know about viral shedding, so how do i stop the spread of this to other part of my body, since now it is in a very usuable place ?

During the first couple OBs I also had it flare up between my fingers and on my wrist. Thanksfully I haven't had any other OBs on my hand. I don't think there's really any way to know where it can creep up and how to stop it from happening. :rolleyes: I've had it also on the side of my buttocks which I thought was never going to go away. I've had itching that I believe is herpes related on the bottom part of my leg and the top of my foot! :mad:

If you have between fingers what do you do about handshaking with other people. What about passign on I wonder because I have similar problem

I had a sore under the very end of my finger nail! I had it doing my first OB, so painful!
