hello all,

i'll be brief. i was on disability many years ago for anxiety attacks and agoraphobia. after several years of treatment, i came off disability and started working again. well, the anxiety has flared up again and worse than before. i went through the process of filing again but was turned down this time. it has been around 1 year since i last applied. should i re-file or appeal or what?
btw. since i last applied, i was in a wreck where i broke my back (not serious but constant pain). would this help if i re-apply?
