I read somewhere that exposure to sun may cause an outbreak... is this true? I leave for work in Nassau in 2 weeks, I am still overcoming by 1st OB ever... what precautions should I take?

Also, has anyone stayed on something like Valtrex or any other medicine all the time to try to prevent OBs? Has it worked for you?
