Can anyone recommend a good pair of rubber gloves for washing up etc.... I have eczema and am also allergic to laytex. I already wear rubber gloves and a pair of cotton gloves under those but my skin still itches. Oh yeh also use a barrier cream. Any suggestions :)

Platex makes a nonlatex lined glove (found near the sponges in the kitchen isle) that I use and they work really well. I too, have eczema and it makes a huge difference. It is sometimes a pain to have to put them on, but if you are consistent it will help alot in the long run. I have a pair in the kitchen and I keep a pair in the bathroom. Also just use plain vaseline, rub it in good, then apply a non-allergetic lotion and that takes away most of the greasiness but is an excellent barrier. Good luck!

Hi there,
Thanks for that I'll buy a pair and give them a try. I know its a hassle having to put gloves on all the time especially if its only a couple of plates etc... :-)
