Hello,
Can someone please help me. I'm 46 and as of latetly my hands a feet are freezing. It is about a week before my perod and I've never experienced the coldness to this degree before. I'm always a little cold but it is worse than it's ever been. LAST YEAR I WAS experiencing burning hot feet. My doctor says I'm going through pre-menapause. I've just finished crying because I think it's something wrong with me. My Dr. just sarted me on some BP medicine, Benicar. For a minute I thought that might be it. Anyone can shed some light?

I also have cold feet and hands but have had them for a while now. I'm in peri and 45. I get times where I simply can't get warm at all. If you don't have any circulation problems, I would say that this is peri.

Hi...I have cold hands and feet but it got MUCH worse last year....they were so cold, especially my feet, that I had to take my socks off--IT TRAPPED THE COLD IN!!!!!!!!!!--I couldnt even believe it myself, but they were so cold it "hurt"----this year, so far, I am just back to plain old cold hands and feet that havent been too bad--although so far, we have had a very mild NJ winter...it's amazing that by comparison, just plain old cold hands and feet
are nowhere near as bad!!!...I have had everything checked out, due to my other severe symptoms...as I know this is a symptom of other things too...
just for the record, I am 51 1/2 and have had quarterly periods...6/25, 9/25 and 12/25--isnt THAT weird!!!

48 years old and these symptoms have gotton progressively worse the past year. However hope this helps
best of health wishes to you.sincerely Lily
