I am changing my lifestyle to be a 'car-less' one, replaced by cycling. I wish to go to a recumbent (sit down) trike, thinking that this could be a good alternative just in case I have a seizure 'in the field'. Pros: it cannot fall down. It would still keep me in shape. Con: expensive, and COULD be stolen if I didn't wake up in time. Since they're low to the ground, could I lock myself to one with a handcuff?? Take a look at the recumbent TRIKES available, and tell me what you think would be good for my needs (or something else to get around in?)

update: it APPEARS that the board administrator has decided to 'spank' me, I can only assume that they found a message of mine to go counter to their sponsor's commercial interests. Administrator, please 'unspank' me so that I might reply again!

Don't lock yourself to it with a handcuff! The odds are that sometimes you will fall off. Attaching your are would seriously hurt you. Wear protection! A helmut, and protection for you knees, elbows, wear gloves. Remember, the device is unsafe, and you can easily be hit by a vehicle. CHECK WITH THE LOCAL POLICE TO SEE IF IT IS LEGAL !!!
