Hi all, I have a question that may seem gross but i'm concerned! Recently I started to work out more often and with greater intensity. Since then, I have noticed my bowel movements are somewhat smaller. Is this normal? I eat healthy, drink about 8 glasses of water - no soda or many sweets - , and I also take metamucil 2 times a day.
