Hi, I'm extremely concerned. I had sex with my boyfriend who then revealed he was at risk from HIV as he had had unprotected sex with a lady on holiday in a high risk area. We practised safe sex but I performed oral sex on him unprotected. Since then I have had severe impetigo on my face and an acute case of thrush. I went to the clinic for all tests but they said it was too early to get accurate results, although the ones they did for stds came back negative but positive for thrush, which could have been caused by the antibiotics i have been taking. Can anyone help me by giving me advice on how much risk i am at. The health professionals say I am in a very low risk category and the HIV helpline said that the risk was negligible but I am still very concerned...Please help me with any advice you have x
