Just was wondering if anyone was taking vitamins for topamax or tegretal and if so what vitamins and how much?

Hello!
I am taking b-1000 for Topamax as instructed by my doctor, but to be honest I can't tell any difference so far. Some people may not have the side effects though, I however don't like the Topamax.

I am on Tegretol and I also take daily vitamin D, vitamin C and calcium with magnesium.
Anyone know of anything else very important to keep up with? I try to eat mainly fruit and vegetables as well.
