I have always heard about this, but is anyone actually taking daily baby asprin? If so is it just one pill a day? What, if any, are the side effects?

Actually a person needs to follow a doctors advice on taking a baby asprin to help prevent congestive heart failure. The amount of asprin, and it can't be tylenol or motrin, is 81mgs of asprin. Baby asprin fits that perfectly.

If a doctor hasn't suggested to you to take this daily a person shouldn't. It can be bad for a person to be taking this for the wrong reason. What it does is thin the blood down and that can kill a person in the wrong situation.

Taking this amount of asprin will not prevent or help a person from having a heart attack if they aren't in the proper group of heart patients.
