I also posted this message on the Thyroid boards, just wanted ya'll ideas.

I work for an eye doctor who specializes in TED. I was talking to one of our nurses the other day about having to go to an endo and she said if the doctor I work for knew about my thyroid he would be mad because I hadn't told him about it. Any ideas on why she would say this, can my levels being elevated have anything to do with my eyes? Thanks

I am not sure what the nurse was referring to, but Grave's Disease can cause the eyes to buldge out more. Definitely something to be concerned about. I believe Grave's disease is due to thyroid being too high instead of being too low.
