Are eye tests in any way harmful for our eyes? Like the one in which they check whether our eye ball is totally spherical or not, they throw like a super strong light within a very close distance, and while checking our eye sight in that machine they make our view blur for sometime for checking. Are these tests harmful or affect our eyes in anyway? Like making our eyes less sensitive or something?

A healthy eye shouldn't be harmed by routine tests, but a damaged eye could be. People with retinal diseases should be careful about tests involving extremely bright light, such as a fluorescein angiogram.
