My mother told me to use the B6 and it helped her, my Aunt also used red clover she said that is all she needed to help her get through it.

i take a multiple vitamin with minerals and red clover for the symptoms of peri. i am also staring the progesterone cream. my understanding is that the b vitamins along with magnesium help. also exercise. the red clover is a phytoestrogen as is soy. it does seem to help some.. good luck.

Thanks for your help. I am not good at taking pills. I did try that One a Day for Women and ended up with really bad stomach cramps, so I'm very careful about what I take. Again thanks I think I'll try the B6:wave:

(Bump) How much B6 should I be taking? I am taking 1200 u Vitamin E, a B complex vitamin, and 50 mg B6 daily. It is not helping at all. The only thing that has helped my breast pain (on day 15 of it with no period) is Vicodin--which I can't keep taking. Please help. I don't know what to do.

Hi Ladies,
Yes, B vitamn suplements saved my sanity (stress formular).
Magnesium is a must as well but should be taken with calcium as calcium can be depleted by magnesium. Cheers
