anyone out there know approximately how long symptoms last once you are in menopause. i've read it can be a couple of years. i hope not. thanks

Well lets see I started at 38.....I'm now 49 ....wow 11 yrs and still going throug it :eek: ....Every woman will go through it at different degrees and levels......they say no 2 women will experience the same things.....so as to your question from what I have read it could take 7 to 12 yrs......
