i am 18, for awhile now i have had lower abdominal pains, groin pain, lower back pains, etc. i went to the gyno today and she did the routine exam and she wants me to have an ultra sound on my ovaries and uteris to make sure there are no cysts or overgrowth because it hurt when she was pressing on me. i am sort of worried i may have cancer or something else like it, i am kinda nervous and have no clue what the reason for my pain is, can anyone give me some advice? i'm going in tuesday morning, is there any other reasons for the pains i am having?

Hi,, I to have had severe lower pain and alll the symptoms you seem to have, I was in so much pain the other night that they did an scan on my abdoman and found a ovarian cyst, I have had these symptoms for many months now and thought I had a kidney stone, they said I was going to have surgery to remove it, so I feel your pain, Just do what your gyno says and I am sure everthing will be ok.
