The only way to repair sun damage is to hit it with something like an IPL or fraxel laser.
There are foods you can eat, however, that will improve skin from the inside out.
Omega 3 oils, from fish. There are capsules.
Vitamin C ester, again there are capsules
Grapes seed extract is excellent
Vitamin E
A good multivitiman could cover a couple of these.
But, you can find alot of this from eating a healthy diet, rich in fruits and vegetables and poor in sugar and empty carbs. Watch your fat and caffine intake and get your body moving.

Actually, what most people don't know about supplements, like vitamines, is that it is not only the amount of vitamines that it reads on the bottle that counts, but whether they are absorbed by the body. Some vitamines of lesser quality, are not easily absorbed by the body, so you think you are taking a lot of vitamins when in fact it is all flushed away. Still taking vitamins is better than not, but try to ask in the store which one is know for better absortion. Also, there are some antioxidants (the stuff that actually kills the free radicals in your body and prevents aging) that cannot be syntesized into pills, that you actually need to eat the fruit to have the health benefits, because certain conpounds cannot be reproduced industrially. So, in order to achieve a true health benefit, apart from taking vit. supplements try eating/ drinking a lot of those foods that are super rich in anitoxidants : pomegranate, raspberries and white tea/green tea (scientifically proven to delay aging).
I would invets in one of those juicemakers/food processors, that when you put an entire apple in it, pure juice comes out in the other end. You will then be truly delaying aging by consumming the real anti-oxidants in a form that your body can fully recognize and absorb, (and maybe loose eight while in the process)

Flax seed and and the oil. Watch your hair get nicer, too.
