Yesterday I went #2 at work but not much happened but it didnt really feel like i had to go anyways about 20 mins later i started to get terrible stomach shooting pains that got worse and worse for no real reason! it felt almost like when u have diarhea and get shooting pains and have to run to the bthrm but i didnt have the urge to go at all! i hurt to sit walk stand everything it went into my back. so i got home lied down and used a hot water bottle and it helped somewhat so today the shooting pains are gone BUT ive had this terrible rock hard feeling in my stomach all day and it feels like i got punched in the stomach and is in the area between my breastbone and belly button much higher than last night. so anyways this sucks and im very uncomfortable! when i was younger i was diagnosed with IBS but since i got older it has gotten better i just didnt knwo where else to put this. i am not suffering from constipation or diarhea so i dont know why this happened!

Your experience sounds exactly like what I am getting now. Mine has lasted 10 days now. It has eased off a bit but im in a bit of pain at the moment.

i am feeling alot better today my stomach doesnt feel heavy bloated and painful anymore but im not 100%...not sure what it is but on sund and mond i ate cabbage so im wondering if that may have done it dont know though!
