Hi Kerri, yes I've that happen to me too. I actually ended up in the ER because I had the cramps for several days, sometimes worse thaan other times, but my GI wanted a cat scan done due to the fact I get pancreatitis often and he wanted to make sure it was not that. But the cramps are awful.
I can barely function when they are that bad. I have IBS-C and certain foods cramp me up bad, like eggs, milk, fruit and peppers. I try to keep a list and stay away from those foods. Good luck. Linda

Linda, Thanks for the reply! I am hoping this was a one time thing for me. I was a little nervovus when it happened which I am sure only made it worse. I see you are in NJ...we are moving to NJ from Texas at the end of may. Do you like it up there? Thanks again!

Hi Kerry, It might have a one time thing and it's normal to get a bit nervous while having bad pain. Hope you're feeling better. NJ is nice, but very expensive. I'm in the City and have always been but some areas of NJ are absolutly beautiful and also a lot of very rich areas. Not mine. lol

Thanks again linda. I am hoping it was a one time thing. It was gone after 20 minutes but it did make me nervous. We are actually moving to Edison. Do you know anything about that?

Heck, I'm about 5 miles away from Edison. Nice town. Has gotten very busy and much more residential. It's also a lot bigger than my city. You will be apprx. 1 houir from the beaches and about 2 hours from Atlantic City. Also very close to NYC.
Have fun. Linda
