I was diagnosed in November of '06 and began treatment in early December... weekly blood lettings and 20 mg Paxil daily. What led to my diagnosis was a compliaint of chronic (maddening) itching with no rash and further sleep depriving night sweats.

Within three weeks after treatment began both itching and sweating virtually disappeared. Now, after 8 weeks of treatment they are beginning to reappear.... though much milder than before.

Has anyone else had a similar recurrance?
