1,518 ventricular ectopic beats , Supraventricular ectopy of 3 beats, Heart healthy lifestyle, Daily palps , No meds, Just vitamins and the Ep said they are not a significant arrhythmia.
Any suggestions as to tests, articles etc.

Have your pvc's increased with age or influence by hormones?
Are you taking a beta or using other ways to control them?
I had hoped to learn if others here have had this many pvc's on a holter and they felt scared as well. With all the heart health guidelines I just want to know I am doing all I should.............:confused:

I did not start getting PVC's until this past year, I'm 37. I am taking metoprolol ER, just increased it to 50 mg a day, and it has helped, but has not gotten rid of them all together. I think my doctor put me on this med. so I would stop coming back to him and complaining and worrying. They did help though. I am not sure about hormones but I know this past month they seemed to come on stronger at 'that time of the month'.

I had a holter, but I can not remember how many I had, but I think it was similar to what you have?

I requested my holter results and it simply stated "rare isolated pvs" and "rare isolated pacs." The doctor didn't put down a specific number. I wonder what "rare" translates to.

Did your monitor report mentions blockages or anything to that effect?

That was the only information listed on this holter result. They have changed the print outs. Having lost the women in our family to heart disease is just another reason why I follow the heart healthy suggestions and share to learn.
My question to the EP was why have they increase so much in my late 30's ?
A few a month with the initial onset at 23 and then the concern was the mvp, cardiogenic syncope and low b/p and blood levels. Wish there was a test that does not have risk like a echo or holter that could show why and where they are coming from? :angel:
