I was been diagmosed with anxiety about 4 years ago I used paxil for about 6 months I got abit better then went off it. last month I went on Effexor for the past two weeks I have been on 75 mg.

have you used effexor and has it worked for you, if not what else do you use and dose it help. I also been given ataven for acute anxiety and it has been two weeks since I have used it, but I feel very anxious today and I am not sure if I should use it... your thought is greatly appriciated.... thanks in advance.

I take .5 mg of Xanax daily either 4 or 5 times a day depending on how anxious I am and it has help a LOT!!! I take other over the counter drugs and viatmains, but that is it really. I meditate and quit all toxic substances such as alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine etc and began working out. All have helped a lot.
