Hi, im a 19 year old male. It has happened two times, each before or during a flu/cold...

It's a really scary feeling like im "out of it" can't tell what im doing with blurry vision and some vertigo...

Anyone ever feel this WHAT COULD IT BE???

The eyes and ears are closely connected, so a cold or flu could cause those symptoms. Vertigo is directly related to the inner ear. Sinus problems can also cause odd vision symptoms, from what I've read on this forum. If it occurs when you are ill, that would seem to explain it; if you get the symptoms at other times, that would be a different kettle of fish.
