Hello to all. I have a question that is a little off subject. I have been off meds for about a year or so. Previous to that I had been on Zoloft for over 4 years. I would like to get a little input about the sexual benefits (if any) and side effects of a few anti depressants.

I noticed when I was on Zoloft I had a pretty decent sex life. Once I stopped taking Zoloft not only did my depression and anxiety slowly start to creep back up on me, my sex life was destroyed. I developed a nasty little premature ejaculation problem. I know that things like stress and anxiety can seriously affect performance. So I was wondering if this has happen to any of you guys. I understand that depression and anxiety can destroy so many different elements for ones life. Some things are clear to me but the sexual aspect isn’t.

I’m going to see a psychiatrist in about a month, which is long overdue. I’ve put up with depression and anxiety enough, and so has my loving long-term girlfriend. I am considering taking Wellbutrin or Buspar. They seem right for me after lots of research. But I will leave that to my Doc. So to the point. What kind of hopeful positive effects do Wellbutrin or Buspar have over my little problem?
