I suffer from breast abccess and the doctor gives me antibiotics but not helping.
I have seen other doctors and had surgery twice. The abscess comes back and is very painful until it breaks which is smelly what can I do to stop this? I have had them for over 2 years
Could this be a form of breast cancer?

If your doctor is attentive to your problem, there should be no reason to worry about cancer is the doctor isn't worried. If other doctors agree with the diagnosis, feel free to ask your doctor why the problem refuses to go away.
If the condition persists and your doctor doesn't provide satisfactory answers, don't be afraid to check with another doctor.

Hi there, I am just starting out antibiotics from my second breast abscess. :mad: I tried antibiotics the last time (last June) and then had to have it cut out. they did a biopsy and it was a bacteria (I think it was staph) and not cancer. I am upset that it came back and curious too about why it is happening. Someone told me that we carry staph bugs in our noses and to put a topical antibiotic in my nose every day for a while and I would quit getting infections. I have been doing that just in case.
