thanks to all of you who replied to my post. it is so nice to hear all these opinions.
each one helped in some way, i know it is up to me to decide what to do next.
i think i will look into some counseling to see if or how i could overcome this fear of having one.
i have alot of fears and phobias, like of cobwebs, (lol), heights, flying, a moderate amount of fear of driving but that is the fear of the strobes.
if there were no strobes in my way, then LOOK OUT! I'M COMING THROUGH! LOL..
garry, you did help me as well, just by telling me your story, that was nice to hear, nice to hear that others share my problem.
i so much want to live my life, i've already lived so much of it in a closet basically.
no one that even knows me knows of my little problem. only my family, and my husband of five years, but he didn't know till about 2-3 years ago.
as for being seizure free for ten years, that is good an all, but not at the cost that i've had to pay for that price.
maybe better to take the chance and live, rather then live in a hole of fear the rest of my life.
does anyone know what types of meds help with photo sensitive s's?
one dose daily preferrably? i'd love some suggestions..
what about tegretol? thanks again everybody!
