Ok, most of you that have been a member awhile and read up on birth control may remember me but its been about a year since I had the mirena inserted. Had lots of pain in the beginning. I'm not having pain now but I bleed 2 weeks at a time (I never used to before the IUD) and I noticed that I am more moody and have gained about 6 pounds, so I'm thinking about getting it removed. I mean I have no sex drive anymore, so I hardly think this is worth all the trouble to begin with? Has anyone else had any of these problems? Or had your IUD removed? Does it hurt having it taken out? Just nervous?:confused: Please give me your feedback.. Thanks.. Fullhouse03;)
