First off, I'm 20 with overall fairly good skin
however... on my left cheek, I have 2 marks about a half-an-inch long each

They kind of look like stretch marks, and are noticeable at the right light/angle
I'm pretty sure they were caused from past acne, though "scarring" may be too harsh a word, as they are not "deep".

I was wondering if there were facial creams, or whatnot, that could help dull these marks.

One Active FX fraxel treatment will permanently and seriously lighten those marks. But, you are really young for a fraxel treatment. You might want to ask a doctor who does this to just treat those marks. It would probably be considerably cheaper then full face too.

yeah I don't want anything extreme

I've been putting Neosporin on it (even though it's not an open wound)
Would that have any affect? Is it unhealthy?

What would help fade the marks is an Beta Hydroxy solution if u have skin that tends to be oily or a Alpha Hydroxy solution or cream if your skin tends to be dry. I highly recommend the ones at www.cosmeticscop.com
I use the 2% Beta Hydroxy solution and it has helped fade some marks i had on my face from pimples of long ago. Zuzu2
