I'm only 21 but for the last 2-3 months, about 3 times a week all of a sudden i start to feel a sharp squeezing pain in the left side of my chest. I can be walking, sitting, or even sleeping ( and am woken up by it)when this happens. The pain increases when i breath. It usually only lasts 15-20 minutes although sometimes i feel slight squeezing and discomfort for up to an hour. Afterwards the left side of my chest feels icy cold, like there is ice melting in my chest. Is this something I should go see a doctor about or am i being paranoid? Thanks.
