So here i am, been having the pain or discomfort for about a week now, well wen will be a week...really worried, kinda stressed at work...pain is in the lower right abdomen...not terrible...just there, and now why i am getting worried, I have a fever around 99.5...what does everyone think???

See your doc. There are certain hallmarks of appendicitis that are hard to miss on physical exam done by a skilled clinician. A blood test can also be ordered to ck. your white blood cell count, which would usually be elevated in appendicitis.
