I know that many of you keep a journal. I do also. I began just documenting the seizures and the after effects, but then I started writing about my life. How things have changed and are changing.

I started to put this into a blog (web log). I have gotten many responces. People have sent me messages asking questions about epilepsy and how it affects my life...and many questions that I hadn't even thought of.

I was wondering if anyone else out there blogs. So many people on the web blog now, we might as well use it to inform people.

I keep a journal of seizures that just details the events before during and after a seizure, I do it in a WORD document so I can print and have in my notebook for appointments. ( it was great when I started keeping it in Word since I have trouble reading my own scrawl especially when worried and tense.

I do journal some for the trends that I see in him, the emotional struggles etc. I also write a bit in our website to inform others. I am frequently seen on another ecommunities that is full of our journals and life stories!!

I also will write a brief thing on the calendar so I can look at a glance and know when he has them...
