I was born with congentinal glaucoma and nystagmus, the glaucoma was put under control, but for the last year or so the vision in my left eye is constantly cloudy, like looking through fog, it started out as halos around lights everyonce in a while but now is present all the time, it gets worse if I get in the shower, cry or get tired. Yes, it does sound like it. With your particular problems, I assume you are under the care of an ophthalmologist.

Interesting that it is worse when you cry. Do you mean after a bout of intense crying? Or do you mean just a bit of eye watering? When my eyes water (seldom the case since I have dry eye syndrome) I can see more clearly and fogginess tends to clear up. This has been true both before and after my cataract surgery. So I think it's odd if tears make things look foggy.
But that's just my experience.
