Been Having An Aggrovating Pain, More A Discomfort In My Lower Right Side, Radiates From My Belly Button To My Right Leg Bone, And All The Way Up To My Ribs On The Right Side, Going To The Back As Well...sometimes Even On The Left Side...

What Do I Think It Is, Ibs Thats What I Think, But I Dont Know...

Yesterday I Did Have A Low Fever 99.5, I Have Been Constipated For A While Now, Well Not Totally Constipated, Just Cant Go As I Normally Would, Or Its Kinda A Chunky Diarehha...

My Worry Is That It Is Appendix, I Dont Think It Would Linger This Long, Its Been A Week Now With The Discomfort, I Also Must Say I Do Have A Good Deal Of Stress In My Life...

Heres How I Have Been Ruling Out Appendix...

1. No Rebound Pain
2. No High Fever
3. No Intense Pain
4. Its Been Lingering For A Week

My Other Fear, Something That Has Happened To A Great Deal Of Younger Friends...is Gall Bladder...

It does not sound like appendix problems or IBS.
IBS does not have fever as a symptom and appendix has intense pain.
Gallbladder problems are higher pain- sorta under the right side ribs.

It sound like an infection in the assending colon.

I think you need to see a Doctor for a better diagnosis!!
