I wore contacts for 3 years. But in the past 3 months, my vision in contacts is slightly blurry while it's clear with glasses. I have .50 astigmatism but I wear regular contacts. Doctors told me it doesnt make a difference and vision with glasses is always better than with contacts. Anyone else have this issue? The contacts are clean and proper.

Do you have dry eye syndrome?
Contacts depend upon moisture in the eye to form a good fit.
Generally, your vision would be much better with contacts than with glasses.
Perhaps you misunderstood your doctor?

I dont think I have dry eye syndrome. My eyes are rarely dry and the contacts are comfortable in my eyes; it's just the vision is blurry. I definitely didn't misunderstood my doctor, I even asked him again to verify what he said.

Well, if your running around with contacts that don't correct your astigmatism, than yes, in your case it's possible that glasses are going to give you better vision because the glasses would correct your astigmatism
