Hi.
I lift weights. for some time now my wrists, one in particular, has been causing some soreness. it also pops and cracks all the time. Ive tried wrist supports, but they dont seem to help. A buddy of mine told me he had the same thing, and calcium helped. He said calcium will strengthen the bones or something like that. Has anyone ever heard of this?
Thanx!

my wrist also hurt sometimes when i do it,they use to hurt more when i was younger(15-16), i use to get alot of elbow pain and cracks doing tricep work, but i use pain free/move free, its a glucosamine /chorditon formula,it really works ,at least for me,i have heard alot of people saying it works for them too
