I am currently 5'3 and weigh 157, I really want to lose weight and was wondering if anyone out there could help me come up with a workout-plan.

It is best to go to a gym or health spa to start and stay on a workout plan. They have people there that can get you started and there is a better chance that you will stay with it if you have money invested. Besides you meet all kinds of people there.

I found that talking to instructors at my gym to be useful..but only if you get the right person. Some really do not know what they are talking about!
