If you are willing to workout with weights, Fitness made simple by John Basedow is excellent. He goes into detail about weights, cardio and diet. Its the best video i have seen that gives you excellent TRUE information.

I really recommend Tae Bo tapes by Bily Blanks. He really gets you sweating and tones your arms, legs,& stomach. Evveryone i know who has tried it really likes it. Its overwhelming at first, but by the 2nd or 3rd time you should be fine, so dont give up.

I suggest trying the Y plan video it has 4 stages on one tape & helps you to get up to speed with good stretching & all over body workout it is great. For beginners or for the fitness freak it's an all round well balanced workout.
