Thanks! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif gainfreak 01-02-2001, 01:45 PM If you are willing to workout with weights, Fitness made simple by John Basedow is excellent. He goes into detail about weights, cardio and diet. Its the best video i have seen that gives you excellent TRUE information. [This message has been edited by moderator3 (edited 02-21-2001).] Yasmine 01-02-2001, 05:07 PM I really recommend Tae Bo tapes by Bily Blanks. He really gets you sweating and tones your arms, legs,& stomach. Evveryone i know who has tried it really likes it. Its overwhelming at first, but by the 2nd or 3rd time you should be fine, so dont give up. Sapphie 01-02-2001, 09:07 PM Thank you for your input http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif I don't think I am quite ready for weights yet...But thank you! Maybe in the future. I just went out and bought the Tae Bo tapes! I am very excited to get started on them. Thanks sweety!! -Sapphie SabresLover81 01-02-2001, 11:24 PM i also recommend all of the Tae-bo tapes, i lost 40 pounds doing those and have kept it off. So it worked for me! ChrisM 01-03-2001, 06:56 AM I suggest trying the Y plan video it has 4 stages on one tape & helps you to get up to speed with good stretching & all over body workout it is great. For beginners or for the fitness freak it's an all round well balanced workout. |
