I was doing Tae Bo last night when i remembered that you said you were trying to do the instuctional video and had to keep rewinding. I never watched that, i just jumped right into the basic video. I think you will catch on after the 3rd or 4th time.Sometimes its easier to just go at it. Also because you get reved up when the video is on. The kicks are the hardest for me, but my "technique" is getting better. :-)
