Well, I'm not overweight. I just need some help with energy. I know that I need to workout. I have an "Ab Slide", an exercise bike, and "Tae-Bo". Just wondering if anyone has any great discipline or routine suggestions. Thanks!!!

I can't help you with new workouts but for the energy you need to take a B group supplement and Zinc supplement. They will also improve your "attitude". IMHO
