I have a chubby stomach! I know the best way to work it is cardiovascular workouts. But I was just wondering if there is any exercises that will help me tone and flatten my abs quicker! (besides those awful crunches) hehe. Thanks for all your help

Doing ab work alone will not reduce your chubby stomach - Ab work tightens the muscle under the fat - you need to get rid of the fat covering the muscles to have the flat stomach that you desire. After reading your erronious post to itsgotta be natural, I know that you don't care for weight training all that much so that will make your endeavor more difficult - not impossible though. Try to do interval training. The high intensity added to a moderate session will keep your body burning the fat after your session is complete, while the length of a moderate session will burn the fat while you're exercising.
