Hi All,

I have a lump-not super hard-kinda pointy, on my left wrist where the wrist meets the hand. If you look at your left-hand, palm open, it's just beneath where the thumb part of my hand reachs the wrist. It's almost like a mountain in it's shape. I don't have any pain but have had some (and pretty severe) in the past year if I had a really busy computer day. I haven't seen the Doctor about it and often even forget about mentioning it because it doesn't really hurt. If I don't use a computer keyboard for a couple of days it reduces in size and after a couple of weeks it disappears completely. So is this Carpal Tunnel?

This sounds like a cyst and is causing carpal tunnel for you. Have it checked out.
